Every woman wants to have perfectly shaped breasts throughout her life, but sagging can affect your appearance and confidence. Breast sagging is said to be a natural process where the breasts lose their elasticity as they age, but in addition to age, certain lifestyle factors can also contribute to breast sagging. These include breastfeeding, pregnancy, menopause, rapid weight loss or gain, malnutrition or wearing the wrong bra. Other factors, even the way you sit or sleep, can contribute to the loss of breast firmness.
Breasts have no muscles. They are made up of fat and connective tissue, so they require proper care to keep them healthy. So, here we have listed some home remedies that will help you maintain breast firmness.
- Cucumber and egg yolk mixture
This is an effective way to lift your breasts. Mix egg yolk and cucumber juice and apply it around the breast for 30 minutes. Cucumber has natural skin whitening properties and egg yolk is rich in protein. Use it as a mask. You can use this mask once a week to tighten and strengthen the breast tissue.
Method – Mash a small cucumber. Mix one egg yolk and one tablespoon of butter or cream to make a dough. Now you can apply it for 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
- Olive oil
Massaging your breasts with olive oil is a great way to firm up sagging breasts, as it’s a rich source of antioxidants and fatty acids that fight free radical damage. It also helps in improving the skin tone and texture around the breasts. The massage will help relax, tone and tighten your breast muscles.
Directions – Take a few drops of olive oil on your palms and rub them together to create heat. Massage your breasts with your soft hands in an upward motion for about 15 minutes. This medicine can be used at least 4-5 times a week.
- Ice massage
Ice massage is an effective way to firm and tighten sagging breasts. This is because cold temperatures shrink the tissue and make the breasts look firmer.
Method-take 2 ice cubes and massage each breast in a circular motion for one minute. Now dry your breasts with a soft towel and immediately put on a suitable bra. Stay in a supine position for at least 30 minutes. Do this at regular intervals throughout the day.
According to Ayurveda, fenugreek is considered as an excellent remedy to tighten sagging breasts. Enriched with vitamins and antioxidants, Tt helps fight free radicals and tighten and smooth the skin around the breasts.
Method – Mix 1/4 cup of fir powder with water to form a thick paste. Massage this paste on your breasts and keep it for 5-10 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. You can use this treatment once or twice a week.
- Aloe vera
Aloe Vera is a natural skin-tightening agent that helps to remove sagging breasts. The antioxidants it contains help prevent the effects of free radicals.
Method: Take aloe vera gel and apply it on your breasts and gently massage in circular motions for 10 minutes. Leave on for another 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. For better results, you can repeat this treatment four or five times a week.
- Egg white
Egg white is an excellent remedy for sagging breasts due to its nourishing properties. The hydrolipids in egg whites help lift loose skin around the breasts.
Method-Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Apply it on your breasts and leave it for 30 minutes. Remove the paste with cucumber juice or onion juice and then wash it with cold water. Do the treatment once a week to get firmer breasts.
Note- You can also prepare a breast mask by mixing one egg white with one spoon of yogurt and honey. Now apply it on your breasts and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly with cold water. Do this only once a week.
