A simple wall exercise that will help you quickly sculpt your body

We all want to have the body of our dreams without having to go to the gym every day. We live fast and don’t have time to go to the gym every day. If you are looking for an easy, home workout that will help you tone and sculpt your body, this article is for you. A wall is all it takes to start melting away excess fat.
The exercises are very easy and you can do them anytime and anywhere. Do them at least 3 times a week and remember to warm up before you start.
Put your back against the wall. Bend your knees slightly. Start going up and down. Repeat the movement for one minute.

  1. Feet touching the wall
    Lie on the floor with your feet against the wall and bend your knees. Push your legs up and then return to the starting position. Repeat the movement for one minute.
  2. Climbing
    Start in a push-up position with your feet against the wall. Bring your left leg to your chest, then return to the starting position. Do the same with your right leg. Repeat the movement for one minute.
  3. Arm Flab Fighters
    Start from a vertical push-up position against a wall. Do push-ups for one minute.
