See the Miracles of “FOOT MASSAGE” Every Night Before You go to the Bed!

You know that feeling you get before falling asleep? Peaceful, calm, serene… all words that can describe this feeling.

Then something terrible happens – you suddenly wake up feeling grouchy, cranky, jittery and just can’t sleep. It’s one of the worst feelings in the world. If you’ve ever experienced this, you’ll know exactly what I mean.

If you want to get rid of insomnia and feel refreshed and ready to take on the day after a deep sleep, you should try this foot massage. This can do wonders for you.

What is this massage?
The proper name for this type of massage is actually “foot reflexology.” Basically, it is an ancient technique used to change the energies of your body. If you don’t believe this, keep reading – it’s not about energy, it’s about good sleep!

This method is backed by science. By stimulating different points of the feet, you can subtly influence the glands and organs throughout the body. Massaging these different points can cause:

So how to create such miracles for your feet? First, we need to find out what the different parts of the stops affect. Look at the picture above and notice:

Your fingers affect the head
The protrusions between the toes and the ball of the foot affect the shoulder/neck.
The leg pads affect the chest
Arches affect the digestive organs
Heels and ankles affect your reproductive system

Now, armed with this knowledge, you are ready to start massaging! The massage should last about 15 minutes and you can incorporate it directly into your evening ritual. So step by step:

Relax your feet by massaging them one by one and gently massaging them up and down. A light tap, whatever you/the person you’re talking about can also help. End this initial phase of relaxation by gently squeezing the solar plexus (upper middle part) of the legs between the thumb and forefinger for 5-10 seconds.
Starting at the bottom of each foot, “walk” your thumb to the top of each toe one at a time. Imagine that you are crawling along your leg like a caterpillar. As you reach the tip of each finger, apply pressure to the reflex points at the tip, sides, and center of each finger using the top and sides of the thumb and index finger. You get extra benefits if you have a specific area you want to focus on by clicking on the appropriate reflex point. See the list or image above to see which points affect which parts of the body.
Repeat the relaxation technique in step 1 one more time, ending with another pressure on the solar plexus.
Finish the whole massage with a “wind stroke” – gently move your fingers up and down the legs so that they barely touch the skin. This technique is very calming for the nerves and helps put you in a deep, calm state of mind where you can sleep soundly.
After performing this technique, you will likely find yourself in a very meditative state. Your body and mind are more open to self-hypnosis, so affirmations can be particularly powerful. You can say to yourself, “I’m ready for deep restorative sleep and wake up refreshed in the morning.”

This is also a good time to reflect on the good things in your life and show gratitude. When you’re relaxed, it’s easy to be grateful for even the smallest things. Gratitude can help you improve almost everything in your everyday life.

Good luck, and may reflexology help you get rid of insomnia for good! (For an added bonus, give this massage to a loved one – they may thank and appreciate you!)
